HYDERABAD: The semi-finished Outer Ring Road (ORR) is turning out to be a killer stretch. In the last few days, two major accidents have been reported . In fact, on an average, seven accidents, including five fatal, per month have become a norm. Ironically, just two patrol vehicles monitor the 121-kilometre operational stretch. Due to lack of proper policing, vehicles zoom at breakneck speed, resulting in high number of fatal accidents.
